Do you close because of a snow storm?
In the rare case that the Children's Center closes due to inclement weather, you can listen to local radio and television stations. Altered services will announced on radio stations: KIXX 100.5 FM, WTSL 92.3 FM, AND WOLF 95.3 FM. Announcements will be posted on these television stations: WMUR-TV channel 9 and WCAX channel 3. You can also check the website: www.ccuv.org. Please check the mentioned sources before calling the center.

Can we bring in a favorite toy?
Please discourage children from bringing toys to the center except on show-and-tell days or as a comfort item.

Can we bring in a bag lunch for my child if they do not like what’s on the menu?
If this happens the child will be offered an alternative so we cannot allow food from home.  The Children's Center is a NUT-FREE ZONE and with a full working kitchen we are able to accommodate these rare occasions.

Are the teachers CPR and First Aid certified?
The teachers at the Children's Center are re-certified every two years in CPR and First Aid. We are also re-certified every three years in water safety.
